What’s your returns policy?

If you would like to return an item, please use the Contact Us page to request a return authority.

Requests must be sent within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that any merchandise that has been used cannot be returned (including guitar strings that have been opened) except for items that are defective or damaged.

It would be really helpful if you could send us a photo of the item showing the defect or damage.

 


What options do you offer for shipping?

We ship to New Zealand and Australia.  Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Post – Delivery target is up to 3 working days nationwide delivery.  Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.
  • FastPost – Delivery target next working day nationwide, between major towns and cities.  Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.
  • Parcelpost Tracked  – Delivery target is up to 3 working days nationwide delivery.
  • Parcelpost Tracked (Rural) – There is a surcharge for rural delivery and it may take longer than Standard Tracked.
  • International – Delivery target 3-10 working days. We will provide a quote based on your order.

I can’t find the product I am looking for.  Can you order in a product specially for me?

If you are looking for an item that we don’t stock, please go to Contact Us page and provide as much detail about the product as you can.  We will then check with our suppliers to see if we can source it for you.

And if we think it is a product our other customers would be interested in, then we may look to stock it going forward.
